This Honey Lemon Ginger Tea is a soothing, tangy blend of fresh ginger, honey, and lemon, with an optional twist of blood orange for added sweetness. It’s the perfect drink for a cozy moment or when you're feeling under the weather.

  1. Bring water and sliced ginger to a boil in a small pot. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, partially covered.
  2. Strain the ginger water and set aside the slices for reuse if desired.
  3. Slice the blood orange (optional).
  4. Mix the ginger water with honey and lemon juice, stirring to dissolve.
  5. Pour into two cups, garnish with a blood orange slice, and serve hot!
